The Swedish Kennelclub has stated that every Breeders-Club shas to pronounce a breedeng-strategy (RAS) for the breed in question. This document is amed to describe the goal and the way (strategy) towards the descided goal for the breeding in that specific breed.

Why is that?

Dogs, dogs-breeder and some breeds have in our days been the target for the interest of the press, animal-lovers, veterinarians and people afraid of so called fighting-dogs.

And, the most important reason to form theese strategies, the swedish breeders themselves are seriously wanting to breed healthy, sound dogs with excellent mental qualities.
